The Position Base is a precision motion platform engineered to optimize CEIA induction heating systems by enabling accurate and repeatable coil positioning relative to the workpiece.
Designed for integration with 900 and 400 series generators, it enhances system performance through adjustable stroke and speed, air-powered directional control, and compatibility with multi-axis (X, Y, Z) configurations. This allows for tailored motion paths in automated or semi-automated industrial environments, such as metal treatment and component assembly.
Built for durability and flexibility, the Position Base ensures consistent heating results across varied setups. For applications requiring real-time feedback and enhanced positional accuracy, the ES35/PS model includes built-in limit switches and a 3-meter cable to support closed-loop control and integration with automation systems.
