Modular Medium-High Frequency Induction Power Supplies: Compact, High-Precision Heating for Localized Applications

These modular medium-high frequency induction power supplies are optimized for precision heating of small parts or highly localized zones on larger components. Available in 6 kW and 12 kW modules, these systems deliver stable, high-frequency power in a compact format that supports flexible installation and integration.

The units can operate as stand-alone modules without an external enclosure for minimal footprint, or as part of an integrated enclosure with an optional output switcher and centralized control system for multi-coil or multi-station configurations.

Advanced microprocessor control with automatic frequency tuning ensures consistent, repeatable performance across varying loads and part geometries. The 200 series frequency control provides reliable adaptation at higher operating frequencies, making them particularly well suited for precision brazing, fine feature heating, and thin-wall applications.
